I wanted to thank JB Machine for the great job they just completed for me. The mill work they did so I could custom fit a wheel to my Harley was incredible. The application looks just like stock work. The milling was smooth, and I had a hard time finding any tool marks in any of the new surface. The sprocket fits cleanly in place and has zero wobble to it. Likewise on the spacer cuts. Each one was smooth, no deformation on the tubes, and free from burrs and nicks. No tool marks I could see.

I appreciated how they listened to what I was trying to achieve, and then suggested a plan. That was very helpful. This is the second excellent job they have done for me. I’ll be sure to tell my friends to contact them when they need a professional job done. Feel free to use me as a reference for anyone seeking to confirm their ability.

I have to say Kudo’s to JB Machine for a job well done! I talked to them over the phone about an old part I had for a 40 year old Land Cruiser and some work I needed done after a heavy handed mechanic had broken off 6, 8mm hardened studs off below the surface of the part. I asked JB Machine if they could drill out the stud’s and replace them at the last minute for a trip to the beach I had scheduled. I only had a couple days and They dropped everything and made it happen. Without JB Machine I would have missed my trip. Thanks again and a job well done!”

I purchased an antique windmill for my property in the Texas Hill Country. As is frequently the case, parts are missing and many are just rusted beyond repair. I had JB Machine build a set of oil bearing bronze bushings to replace the original Hyatt bearings that had been completely ruined from water damage. JB used the old bearings and the cast iron head castings to measure and build a perfectly matched set up bronze bushings. Their work was first class, timely and done at a reasonable price. I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone needing customized one-off part machining or production work. Good folks to work with.

I restore antique furniture, and recently, a client presented me with a bed frame with some of the strangest bed bolts I have ever seen.
