CNC Milling and Turning:

Milling machines have travels from 20 to 40 inches. All Machines have top quality Fanuc Controls and hardware. In addition we have several manual mills and lathes, production saws and welding machines. JB Machine LLC prides itself on dedication to the customers needs.

Surface Grinding:

Our surface grinding services and capabilities include large grinding capacity of 6 x 18 inch surface grinding. In this capacity, we can handle both stainless steel and carbon steel, or aluminum even carbide. Machine Tool Repair:
JB Machine LLC specialize in the repair and reconditioning of all types of metalworking equipment and critical repairs to mills, lathes, grinders, and other machinery that keep production running
Repairs can include, equipment cleaning, disassembled, and all components are evaluated for wear. Any belts, bushings, fasteners, and other wear parts are replaced as needed*.
Prototyping:
Whether you are an inventor, an engineer or working on an assignment, you need things made. Our prototyping capabilities span work done from in the oilfield industry all the way to aerospace and biomedical industry and everything in between, from traditional machine tools to state-of-the-art computerized machining centers.
Material Processing:
Here at JB Machine LLC
We can cut any metal or plastic, while holding to needed tolerances and providing quick turn-around times and in some cases same-day service. Our production saw cutting services include abrasive sawing from 5/8 in. to 4 in. diameters, band sawing from 1 in. to 10 in.diameter,bar size capacity for ferrous & non-ferrous materials. Products include rounds, squares, shapes, flats, bars, tubes, extrusions camshafts, forging blanks, axle shafts, hitch receivers & aluminum extruded shapes. Additional sawing capabilities include facing, chamfering, centering & end deburring.
Welding:
JB Machine LLC being able to offer a range of TIG and MIG welding services, including contract, production, small part, and large assemblies, JB Machine LLC serves several major industry sectors.
Short and Long Run Production:
Although most shops specialize in one size of run, JB Machine routinely performs small, medium, and large production runs. And, while most job shops specialize in large or small parts, JB Machine LLC produces a very diverse range of sizes.

Pricing:
**Any exemption to these terms must be noted on a job by job basis**
JB Machine LLC does NOT offer any payment terms – Deposit / C.O.D / Pay in full only.
All Emergency / Rush / Same day work – Payment in full required
Repair and rework is priced by the hour – Minimum 1hr at $150.00hr.
From scratch – price is determined by part volume, complexity, materials are just some of the factors.
Machine tool repair – On site diagnostics and repair – Minimum 4 hours at $150.00hr plus trip charge and less parts etc.
Unless noted emergency or rush work – 50% markup added to current quote or invoice during normal business hours and 75% markup after hours and weekends
Shop time to generate a quote:
If shop time is used to generate a quote ” See if it can be done” or need a sample to test or any example involving the creation of tooling, fixtures, jigs or sample part and the quote is not accepted the buyer will be invoiced for the time spent.
